We offer a range of personal and professional development opportunities. We have in-house programmes to develop our experts, along with supporting attendance at relevant courses, conferences and other training events. These include
- Management and leadership courses for developing Pöyry's current and future leaders
- Project management training for project managers covering the broad multi-disciplinary skills required to successfully plan and execute a project
- Technical training for example on new software and other technical developments
- Other relevant changes or developments in the industry such as climate change, energy efficiency
