Value of Pöyry's share-based incentive plan for the year 2010
PÖYRY PLC Company Announcement 2 February 2010 at 9.30 a.m.
On 1 February 2010 the Board of Directors of Pöyry PLC has resolved on the number of shares of the plan for key personnel for the year 2010.
In the year 2010 the value of the plan will correspond to 610 000 shares, if the target performance set by the Board of Directors is met. If the company's performance exceeds the target and reaches maximum performance, as defined by the Board of Directors, the value of the plan can reach up to the value of 1 070 000 shares. The payout from the plan is based on the Group's earnings per share (EPS) and net sales as well as the condition of service or employment not having been terminated prior to vesting 1 January 2013. The incentive plan will include approximately 300 persons in the year 2010.
