Design of flood control measures for the Vltava river in the capital of Prague

The scope of work comprised preliminary study and cost estimates, time schedules, process engineering, final and detailed designs, assistance and supervision of erection as well as assistance at commissioning and start-up.

The top of the walls create the base for the installation of mobile barriers, underground clay-cement walls extended by reinforced walls, injected ground with connecting protection dykes, protection measures on the sewerage sites, i.e. valve chambers and underground pumping stations.

Technical parameters: underground reinforcement walls for preventing water penetration into the protection area.
