But this Pöyry client decided to revitalise the site of its defunct paper mill located in a remote forest region in Europe, creating a new home for other companies and sustaining local employment.
As a result of the work, the defunct paper mill is growing into a bustling commercial space, a new bio-economic ecosystem.
