FACES THAT MAKE PÖYRY GREAT - Adrian Telishewsky

'What motivates me to work at Pöyry is the fact that I work with an energized team to create innovative solutions to real world problems.'

Adrian Telishewsky, Managing Director

The benefits that I get working in a global company are the exposure to a vast pool of experience, different skill sets, and differing points of view.

What motivates me to work at Pöyry is the fact that I work with an energized team to create innovative solutions to real world problems. This enables me to keep growing in a challenging work environment. It also helps me develop what it takes to run a successful business.

The best thing about Pöyry is the culture. Part of which is an environment where effective teams are built based on trust and working through challenging mandates.

The benefits that I get working in a global company are the exposure to a vast pool of experience, different skill sets, and differing points of view.

Being directly involved in projects through management and engineering keeps us growing and relevant and is another motivating factor.

As part of the industry and energy teams, we help create solutions that reduce chemical usage, improve efficiency, and turn waste steams into energy or viable side products. These projects also help build a future for old Pulp&Paper assets that would otherwise no longer be viable in a rapidly changing market.

I am proud to have worked in the ISS project for White Birch Papier Masson. The specific energy savings garnered from the project helped keep the mill in a competitive position.
Pöyry means: working on interesting projects in an environment with a strong sense of family.
