These market researches covered the Finnish real estate markets views and wishes at that time. Now we have set up the 2012 study. This time we include all Nordic countries to get a broader picture and to be able to learn from each other’s views and experiences. The questionnaire is targeted to gatekeepers of sustainable real estate sector: users, owners, investors, developers, builders, construction material manufacturers and public sector decision makers.
We ask for your opinions and insights regarding the drivers and development of sustainable way of using, building, developing and maintaining real estate – why and with what costs are we willing to go green, or are there savings to be expected?
The Green Market Study will be released in November 2012. The Study can be downloaded from Pöyry’s website after the release. We hope you take the time (5-10 minutes) to answer the questions through the link below. All answers will be confidential.
