Pöyry awarded permitting services for greenfield mineral wool plant in Russia

Pöyry has been awarded a permitting services contract by Paroc Oy Ab, Finland, for a greenfield mineral wool plant in Chudovo, Russia. The project comprises assistance in the permitting process as well as documentation and project management services for implementation and commissioning of the plant. After the contract signing Pöyry will record EUR 1.5 million to the orderstock.
Commercial production of the mineral wool plant will start once the market conditions in Russia have been normalized. The assignment further supports Pöyry's position as a Russian local engineering and permitting services provider.
