Value of Pöyry's share-based incentive plan for the year 2009
PÖYRY PLC Company Announcement 4 February 2009 at 2:15 p.m.
On 3 February 2009 the Board of Directors of Pöyry PLC has resolved on the number of shares of the share-based incentive plan for key personnel for the year 2009.
In the year 2009 the value of the plan will correspond to 400 000 shares, if the target performance set by the Board of Directors is met. If the company's performance exceeds the target and reaches maximum performance, as defined by the Board of Directors, the value of the plan can reach up to the value of 800 000 shares. The incentive plan will include approximately 300 persons in the year 2009. The rewards will be paid half in shares and half in cash.
